Insurance
Edgewood Dentistry participate in several dental insurance plans. Our staff is available to assist you in filing your claim. To make the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible, we recommend that you make sure that the plan you are enrolled in does not restrict which dentist you can see.

We aslo request, if possible, that you bring a claim form with you that includes the patient sections completed and signed. Also bring your insurance card with you.

A reminder: most insurance plans pay only a portion of our fee; you are responsible for the remaining portion not covered by your carrier.

If you do not have dental insurance, payment is appreciated at the time services are performed. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
